| Instructions: Chipboard is a great embellishment to add to your scrapbook pages. It quickly adds a real "wow" factor. The neutral kraft color that Stampin' Up! chipboard comes in, is often perfect. It matches any color scheme or layout theme. Sometimes though, you want to customize and have the chipboard be a part of your color pallet. | ||||

|
Start with the "naked" chipboard, the Craft Ink Pad of your choice, mine is Basic Black, and a sponge dauber. You can put the chipboard directly onto the stamp pad, but be prepared to get some ink on your hands.

Use the sponge dauber to completely cover the surface of the chipboard with Craft Ink.

While the ink is still wet, place your chipboard into a Powder Pal and cover it with Crystal Clear embossing powder.

The surface will be completely covered with the embossing powder.

You can see that as you heat the chipboard with your heat tool, the surface becomes glossy.
