Embossing Watercolor Resist

Instructions: For this technique, I recommend using Watercolor Paper. It will hold up best to the combination of heat and water without excess warping. You can also use any thicker neutral cardstock, like Confetti White, but you will have some warping from the amount of water used.

Stamp your image in Versamark ink and then use clear embossing powder. After heating, color over the embossed image with a Watercolor Wonder Crayon.
Then go over the entire image with a Aquapainter. This will smooth out the lines of the crayon, and leave you with a very soft color. You will see in the image that there is some blue water on the flower. When you have finished, simply wipe off the excess water with a paper towel.
For an extra twist, you can stamp another image over top after you have finished with the watercoloring.
Here is the finished project.
