Creating a Pin Wheel Using Paper Folding
 

Instructions:

Start with a square of paper. This sample was made using a 1 1/2 inch square. This technique works best with double sided designer paper. This sample uses Playhouse paper. You can also stamp on both sides of neutral cardstock.
Fold the paper in half. Open it up and then fold it in half the other way. Your paper is now divided into quarters.
Open the paper back up and use Paper snips, Paper trimmer or the blade from the Cutter kit to cut half-way in toward the center. Cut in on all four corners.
Fold the corners inward to the fold lines. Make sure that the points end up in the center.
