Start by punching out holes in the piece of cardstock. You can use multiple
punches of different sizes like I have or you can use one large opening for
a single image. If you have multiple punches, you need to stamp your images through the holes onto neutral cardstock before proceeding to the next step. If you only have a single opening, you can stamp your image on a scrap piece of cardstock and line it up later. |

Flip your cardstock over, so you are attaching the packing tape to the back.
Packing tape is really your only option for this technique, because it is
very clear and thin, while being extremely sticky. Hint: Place a cello bag underneath your cardstock before applying the tape or else you might stick the tape to your work surface and end up with bits of paper stuck to your project. |

Flip the cardstock over, so the sticky side of the tape is facing up. Apply
Dazzling Diamonds glitter to the taped sections and then shake off the
excess. The glitter will coat the tape and add some real sparkle.
This will be the front of project, but the glitter will keep the tape from being sticky and adhering to an envelope. |
