Use a border punch to decorate the flap that is past the 7 3/4" score line. (This step is optional.)

Place sticky strip on the back of the post-it notes.

Attach the Post-it notes right below the 3 3/4" score line. This will allow the top flap to fold over and the bottom flap to overlap and hold the entire thing closed.

Cut a 12" piece of ribbon and tie it around the bottom flap. This will provide stability and help keep the holder closed.
