Using Punches to create an Ice Cream Sundae

Instructions: For this technique you need a 1 3/4", 3/4", and 1/4" circle punch, a large oval punch, and a scallop edge punch.

Here are the basic pieces that you will need to make your sundae. My three 3/4" circles are Very Vanilla, Pretty in Pink, and Closes to Cocoa. The large oval is So Saffron. The 1/4" circle is Real Red and the 1 3/4" circle is Old Olive Patterns DS.
To create toppings for the ice cream scoops, first punch with the scallop edge and then use the 3/4" to cut a small piece from the scallop. Repeat this for each scoop of ice cream in another coordinating color.
To create the bowl for the sundae, cut the 1 3/4" circle in half. Keep the extra for another project.
To make the banana, punch the Large oval again with the large oval punch and then trim the ends with paper snips.
Here is the finished sundae.
Here is the completed project. The polka dot pattern was made by punching holes out of the white card stock using a crop-a-dile.
