Scratch and Sniff Card

Instructions: You need to use unsweetened Kool Aid for this technique. If the Kool Aid is sweetened, then it will burn when heated with the heat tool.

Use a small measuring spoon and place some Kool Aid in a small container. I used 1/4 teaspoon.
Add 1 1/2 times as much clear embossing powder to the Kool Aid.
Stir the mixture. This is what the finished mix will look like.
Ink up the stamp with Versamark ink. You really only want to ink the area that you will be covering with the powder.

You can also use craft ink.

Ink the stamp with Classic Ink.

You will notice that I was not very careful to keep the ink only on the cupcake top, because I am going to cover the bottom with designer paper.

Stamp the image, sprinkle on the powder mix, shake off the excess and then heat with the heat tool.
To create the cupcake bottom, I stamp the image on the back of the designer paper and then cut it out.
Here is my finished cupcake with an added red candle and the designer paper bottom.
  Here is the finished card.
