Shaker Card

Instructions: You need a window sheet or piece of acetate to make this project. Stampin' Up! currently does not carry this item.

Start by stamping the image that will be part of the shaker. You can stamp onto card stock or use StazOn ink to stamp onto the Window sheet. For this sample, I used a Rub-On and transferred it directly to the window sheet.
Next, create the hole that the image will be seen through. It makes it very simple to create the opening if you choose an image that fits into a punch. The image I chose, fit perfectly into the 1 3/8" square punch, if you punched it twice.
Attach the image on the window sheet to the cardstock with the opening. If you were using an image stamped on cardstock, then you would attach the window sheet now and your image after you added the beads.
On the back of the cardstock. The same side you attached the window sheet, use the outside edge of the dimensionals sheet to completely surround your image with dimensionals. You need to make sure that there are no gaps, or the microbeads will leak out.
DO NOT PEEL THE DIMENSIONALS UNTIL YOU HAVE ADDED THE BEADS! Pour the microbeads into the center of the window sheet and once all the beads are added, very carefully peel the backing off the dimensionals.
Attach a piece of cardstock to the back onto the dimensionals. This completes the "pocket" that holds the microbeads. If you stamped your image on the cardstock, then it will be behind the beads and you might want to use less, so the image can be seen.
  Here is the completed card.
