Instructions: Spread some shaving cream in a shallow container. I used a Tupperware lid. Use a utensil or popsicle stick to flatten out the surface of the shaving cream. Place a few dots of ink refill over the surface. Use two or three colors. For my example I used Perfect Plum, Pale Plum, and Pretty in Pink. Use your utensil to create swirls on the surface of the shaving cream.
Take a piece of Whisper White cardstock and lay it on top of the shaving cream. Press down lightly to make sure that all the cardstock is covered. Peel the cardstock off and then remove the excess shaving cream using a paper towel in a circular motion.
Let your cardstock dry. This is what your finished background will look like.
