Waterfall Card

This fun card lets you use four separate images.

Instructions: It is best to get all of the pieces cut for this card before starting to stamp or assemble.
The dimensions are: Colored Cardstock (Sage Shadow) 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored, 9" x 2", 3/4" x 4" and 4 pieces that are 2" x 2" (Varied Shades)
Neutral Cardstock (Whisper White) 5 1/4" x 4", and 4 pieces of 1 7/8" x 1 7/8"

Here is what all the pieces of this project looked like laid out before starting.
Stamp your images on the 4 Neutral pieces that are 1 7/8" square and then mount them on the 2" square pieces. You can use four separate coordinating images, like I did, or you can use an image that "builds" upon itself. For example, and ice cream cone that starts with one scoop and then has two, and so on.
Decorate your 5 1/4" x 4" neutral cardstock if you wish. You could leave it blank or choose a piece of lighter colored cardstock.
Score the 9" x 2" piece at 2", 2 3/4", 3 1/2" and 4 1/4".
When you fold along the score lines, you will end up with a long flat "tail" and then multiple folds 3/4" apart and then a shorter piece at the other end that is also not scored.
Attach the 3/4" x 4" piece of colored cardstock to the front of your card. Use your 9" x 2" scored piece to determine how far up to attach. (Refer to the next picture for placement) You need to use brads or eyelets to attach this, because this is the piece that will be the anchor for your waterfall. There needs to be no adhesive in the center and small pieces of adhesive on the ends will most likely not hold well enough. Attach the entire Neutral piece to the front of your card.
Slip the long tail of the 9" x 2" piece under the strip attached with the eyelets, centering it on the card. Use sticky strip to attach the other end of the long strip to the top of the same horizontal piece.
Attach the first of the 2" x 2" pieces. It will completely cover the last large section of the 9" x 2" piece. You are going to  attach the pieces in reverse order of how they will be viewed. This first piece attached is the last section that will be viewed when the waterfall is "opened".
Continue attaching waterfall pieces to the 2" x 9" cardstock. Apply adhesive to the next section that is created by the score lines. Line up the top of the 2" x 2" piece with the score line. This piece will only be attached along the 3/4" section created by the score lines.
Continue attaching segments until all four are attached.
Pull on the long section of the 9" x 2" piece that you slipped under the horizontal piece. Punch a hole in this and add a piece of ribbon. This will make it easier to pull and start the waterfall.
As you continue to pull, the sections will fall back and reveal the next image. You can also use the empty section on the 9" x 2" piece to stamp another word phrase or write a special message.
Here is the card completely "opened", revealing the final image.

Here is the finished card completely closed.
