Wonderful Weaving - Ribbon

Instructions: For this project, you will need to cut a piece of cardstock that is the number of ribbon widths tall and wide you want for your project. For my sample, the Whisper White cardstock was 5 ribbon widths tall and 10 ribbon widths wide. This template piece will become part of the project and can't be reused.

Cut the ribbon slightly longer than the card stock. Start by wrapping the ribbon around the card stock and secure it on the back. I placed sticky strip on the two edges to secure the ribbon ends.
Completely cover the card stock with the ribbon strips, all going in one direction
Start weaving the other color ribbon from the top, securing the ends on the back.
Keep weaving, until all the surface is covered.
I placed sticky strip along all the edges on the back of the woven piece to make sure that it would stay in place on the card and none of the ribbon ends would come loose.
  Here is the finished card.
